Do you take insurance?

We are out of network with all other insurance plans. You may be eligible for reimbursement if your insurance company provides out-of-network coverage. Please call us for more information.

What is a Superbill?

If your insurance provides out-of-network coverage, we can provide you with a Superbill. A Superbill is a detailed document that allows you to bill your insurance company directly. Please contact your insurance if you have questions regarding your coverage.

What is a Good Faith Estimate?

On January 1st, 2022, a new federal law called the No Surprises Act was enacted to protect consumers against surprise medical bills. We provide all our clients with a Good Faith Estimate to be transparent about the possible costs when seeking treatment. Please know this is just an estimate and not a contract. You are not required to remain in treatment for any length of time. For more information visit CMS.gov.
